For 5/16" to 1/2" Thick Glass Solid Brass This CRL Oversized Fixed Panel U-Clamp performs the same function as our Standard Fixed Panel U-Clamps. They are especially recommended for 1/2 inch (12.7 millimeter) thick glass installations where a hole drilling measurement of 1-1/2 inches (38.1 millimeters) times the glass thickness is required by the Temperer (from the edge of the glass to the closest edge of the hole). Color: Polished Chrome Width: 1-3/4 in (44.5 mm) Height: 1-15/16" (49 mm) Additional Product Information: Note: The stud that goes through the hole made in the glass is positioned further from the edge of the glass than that of the Standard U-Clamp. This makes the Oversized U-Clamp the preferred clamp of most Temperers for 1/2 in (12 millimeter) thick glass.
